Sorry the Internet is at its usual appalling state, but let us try!!
The harvest has gone really well, we finished about a week ago now, and Ben and I were privileged enough to be the ones to shake the last tree , during the day as well , which was a shock to the system!
All in all, Fini Olives has become a home to us and it has been great working and living on the farm. It is now is showing its added benefits of having the workshop right next door to us, with all the car stuff that we have been up to.
To be honest ,we are now in a way worki
To keep all up to date, we have got a 1988 Nissan Patrol Safari hi top 4x4, it is awesome!! But we are having very annoying and time consu
But we hope to be leaving for the North with our friends Damo Laura and Pete at the end of this week! ( Pete now has to fit a new engine in to his surf but never mind , minor detail!!!)

Ben and Lou! I can't believe I've only just found this blog now! I've just spent a happy half hour reading it from the start and looking through all the pics. I see you finally made it into the wild =) I'm really glad your car got fixed in the end, it looks wicked =D
ReplyDeleteHow long do you think you'll be in Exmouth for? Don't work too hard! You know you do =)
The rest of our tour in Aus was beautiful, we spent a lot of time around bunbury and margaret river, indulging in wine tasting and surfing and camping and climbing scarily high 75m trees, Joel and Abby made it to the top but I lost my balls! Couldn't even make it past the first platform....sigh. I miss snowboarding, I'm sure my balls were bigger then?!
Thailand was also wonderful, we spent one night on the Koh San Road, (no sleep but great shopping and loud music) and did some touristy stuff in Bangkok - Ben, we never did find that ice cream place you were talking about...maybe you dreamt it?! - before getting the bus to Koh Samui, which is so beautiful and peaceful. Lazy days on beaches and other days speeding round the island on mopeds =)
Coming home is always strange but I think I'm used to it now, Abby and Joel left this w/e for uni and i went with Joel for his set up in halls =) I'm doing an art course in Liverpool, which is fun, although i feel like a bit of a hippie!
Miss you guys a lot, I really hope you're still going to do a wee tour of england when you get home,
Oh, and you definately missed this picture off your blog! http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=7069185&id=707250794&ref=fbx_album
